Taco Bell - Arlington

Terrible experience. Order via mobile app. Order was delivered to NIE. This memory offers ZERO options. So I do not suggest that ANYONE purchases delivery by app because if you do not receive it, there is NOTHING in place for refund or returning your food.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, two medium Baja blast drinks, and an order of you’re taco fries. First they charge me regular price for the drinks that were on sale so I went back, they were very courteous and gave me some money back. I got home and started to eat the crunch wrap supreme and something on it is spoiled it has a very sour taste. Not sure why they have a phone number when they don’t answer their phone for me to let them know. I called three times and still they pick it up and then hang it up. Very bad customer service on phone. Don’t give out your number. The gentleman who gave me my money back kept my ticket so I do not know what the number of the store is. It was on North Collins, Arlington Texas .

I absolutely love Taco Bell! That being said, my favorite thing about this particular location is one of the employees! She knows me by name and doesn’t hesitate to speak/talk to me every time I come through the drive through! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name! Just for now, I will be back to give her 5 stars for being understanding, pleasant, courteous, helpful, professional!

Has anyone except me noticed that lately they seem to be too long lines in fast food restaurants? This is until you go to the Taco Bell! There are absolutely never too long waiting lines through the Drive-Thru to press a good fast delicious meal or snack from Taco Bell they hold it! I must love it! Parking: Better to go simply through their always fast ride thru!

The annoying eclectic 40-50yo Slob with purple hair lady would not spend more than three packages of mild sauce. I never go to this place again. Not exactly high-quality food and the mild sauce def helps the taste considerably. What a looser.
