Taco Bell - Arlington

The person who prepared my burritos last night was truly amazing. Normally, I get one bite of chicken followed by one bite of sauce, but these two were perfectly balanced. Thank you, whoever you are!

Just ruined the night. I'm going into the drive thru and ordered that the guy rushed me, what's wrong his tacobell I get to the window, I'm paying my drinks I'm waiting. You tell me to go ahead. I'm going forward and I see two other cars waiting with me. They both go in and grab foor there I waited about 25 min total. I guess I was hoping bad on my part. I go in and ask for my food 2 different guys ask me what's going on was cool, one was rude. I tell them what I commanded that I see the rude guy who makes my order before me, in bad and small drops on the table before me said not sad or say you go here and give it just threw it back on the table and left. I took my food and idk only felt very annoyed and respectful I was nice never complained or something, but this store was formerly nice, but idk what happened I think sick go to the Tacobelle in Kennedale for now. As if I understand his fast food and his never will be a great exspiracy, but just got forgotten and it seemed like I was a troubler and an obstacle for them just trying to come home, you know.

12/28/22 ordered a mobile pickup order. Got there and went through the drive through to pickup my order. Was given my drinks and told to wait upfront. I waited for 15 min before someone came out and asked me if i was waiting on food. Gave them my order and name. Waited another 15 minutes same thing but they took a picture of my order on my phone. Again waited another 15 min for them to do the same exact thing. Got fed up of waiting and went back through the drive through. Was then told that they “just brought it out and i wasnt there”. Ridiculous. Ive never had this bad of an experience with a mobile order. It wasnt like they couldnt make food because people kept coming through the drive through and leaving. In total waited an hour at the store for food that says was ready to pickup. Ended up being cold.

This is a really clean TACO Bell compared to some.The staff is very friendly and attentive, which was very nice to see !We have continued coming to this location and will continue going here...Food: 5/5

Friendly people, great customer service, only thing didn't like. Can't see breakfast menu to see if wanna try.
