Sonic Drive-in - Arlington

This Sonic location is really disappointing. It's dirty, and the staff seems unprofessional. I placed my order and waited for 20 minutes, but when I pressed the button to inquire about it, the response was just silence. After waiting even longer, I pressed the button again, and a third employee came out to ask about my order. They said they would check on it, but the service here is unbelievably slow. The work ethic of the staff leaves much to be desired.

Every time I showed up after 1045, they say they are closed after 11 o'clock and yes, we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our order. but if they want to close several times early, why do not change the website and app and google, so we do not order.

Initially, they took my order, but when my food arrived, it was completely wrong. I pressed the button for them to correct it, and when they brought my order back, it was still incorrect. Do they not care about sending out the right orders? Clearly not. I even had to ask again because it was wasting my time.

Overall, eating was good. the drinks are usually quite brilliant when they have not yet tried, they are absolutely worth it. they have low carb and low cal options (sugar free) and I love that they will wear sprite zero personally. ice and milkshakes are amazing. her Redbull **** is legit!

Terrible customer service! It took over 40 minutes to get 3 drinks. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, the staff got angry and told me I should be able to wait for a few simple drinks. Meanwhile, inside the restaurant, they were just chatting instead of working, and many cars were still waiting for their orders. I would not recommend this Sonic.
