Shake Shack - Arlington

Eat was good, service was okay, was terrible. I waited for almost 40 minutes for a burger without side, and there were only two people in the row before me when I arrived. a lot of people stumbled later and were served before me. it will be a long time if I would ever choose this place over one of the others close to the places.

Really delicious! I recommend an excellent taste of the burger in general everything is delicious. we went by with our daughters and they also took away the place and their food! a 10 stars for the very friendly young and the cash so sweet!

Overrated. the first time we're here today. they were from custard. lolso? no shaker or root beer floats. overpriced and her tasteburger (which is her top tenants on the menu) is small as a regular small Ole-Wendy's hamburger with a piece salat and a sweet little tomatoes.lolOver price for the hype when they ask me. the burger had no taste at all.2 thumb down for me.

Food is good but my gawd the service is as slow as going to a farm killing the cow and growing the potatoes. I’ve never been in a shake shack that won’t be busy but move so god for saken slow. With the amount of ppl they have working you’d think things moved faster. And let’s not start on how loud the employees who are when they are on break. Not sure how management is but they need to tighten up

Food was ok, at best. But, the staff was… well, they need training. Teenager behind the counter (with long dreads) leaning on the drink machine as if she’s exhausted to be at work. Meanwhile, the place is dirty. Floors, counters, and seats all need work. For the cost of the food, there’s better value out there. Management needs to rethink the employee situation because the novelty of Shake Shack is close to being in decline.
