Punch Bowl Social- Arlington

So great! Had my seven year old there for lunch on a day off from school. We had a ton if fun and everyone was so nice

Overall the dining experience was great. The staff was very attentive and the food was good. After eating dinner in a quiet dining area we went to the area for games which was so much fun! The only thing that I could of been different was the host experience. Upon arriving she didn’t make me feel as welcome when I told her my reservation time and name. After I told her that I was waiting for my date to arrive she just said I couldn’t stand in the reservation area which made things very uncomfortable. Also, she wasn’t smiling and didn’t look happy to be there.

The concept is great but the place is terribly understaffed. Our servers did a great job given the circumstances but there were only 3 people plus a bartender. The overall vibe was stressed out.

Service was abysmal. Waited at least 40 minutes for burgers. We actually watched the waitress walk by our food, waiting to be delivered, at least 3 times chatting with coworkers.

Impossible to bowl or reserve karaoke time if you have not reserved a private party. A bit Disappointing
