They said they are no longer on open table. She said she gets this 10-20 times per day, but have not been on open table for over a month. But yet I showed her my open table reservation. She said she would get us sat in 20 minutes so we waited. 40 minutes later we were sat. After checking back with her and asking why it’s taking so long. Numerous empty tables, just not bussed. After we were sat, food and service was what we expected. No issues. We were their 2 hrs. Never saw a manager 1 time. Hostess was telling everyone who came in 1:45-2hr wait. Most turned around and left. When we left there was 17 un-bussed tables. She was still telling people 2 hr wait time. No idea why.

This PF Changs does not use open table to do reservations so my reservation time was useless. I still had to wait 35 mins to be seated.

PF Chang staff indicated to us when we arrived for our reservation that they no longer are associated with Open Table. They more or less accommodated us anyway, maybe waiting an extra 10 minutes. If they do it participate with Open Table they should be removed as a reservation option in your system.

P F Changs was very good. The Peking duck is something new and is quite tasty. The service was great. Overall a good visit.

It seems that P.F. Chang's system isn't integrated with OpenTable. We made a reservation, but when we arrived, we were told we would still have to wait an hour because their system didn't reflect any reservations from OpenTable. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.
