Mo's Best Eatery - Arlington

**The Good?** Amazing burgers! **The Bad?** Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the rest of their menu because of their inconsistent service. **Visit #1:** On my first visit, which was on a Sunday afternoon between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, I waited in line for 40 minutes just to place my order. The cashier handled only two orders before taking an excessive amount of time assembling them. To be clear, the line was manageable with only about 5-6 orders ahead of me, and it took an additional 20-25 minutes to receive our food. To add to the experience, I noticed a couple who seemed to be employees dining in the restaurant—she was wiping down tables while he was going back and forth to the kitchen. They were seated and eating while we waited in line, then they waved goodbye to the owners as they left. If they were indeed employees, it's quite unprofessional for them to be eating while customers are left waiting. **Visit #2:** I decided to give lunch another shot during the week. I usually go around 11:30 AM, but when I arrived, there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they would open at noon that day, even though their regular hours indicate they open at 11:00 AM. **Visit #3:** The following Thursday, I tried to call ahead at 11:05 and again at 11:15, but no one answered. Instead, I was directed to an automated voicemail from Spectrum cable. It seems they were either too busy to answer or closed. I really want to like this place and include it in my lunch rotation, but their unreliable service is making it quite difficult.

The food here is excellent—always fresh and incredibly flavorful. The only downside is that they often run out of items and close earlier than their posted hours. I usually call ahead to check if they still have food available. Eating here is always a delightful experience, and you won't be disappointed with anything on the menu. My personal favorite is the big belly cheesesteak, which includes NY strip steak, two eggs, grilled onions, jalapeños, fries, and provolone cheese. It's an amazing sandwich! I'll definitely give them a five-star rating once they manage their inventory better and stay open throughout the day.

I am ONLY giving this 4 stars because we did not get the correct order...HOWEVER, even though our order was incorrect it was f'ing delicious. The wait during the Sunday lunch rush was ridiculous, but that's cause they literally make everything by hand. They grind their own meat, make their own beef bacon, everything. I can't tell you what I got, cause I have no idea what itwas, but I will say that you cannot go wrong with burger from here they possibly have some of the best tasting meat period. Iwill be coming back to Mo's at a later date to see if they get my order right and earn back that last star.

Food is fantastic but we got there when they opened at 12 and we didn't get our food until almost 1. My parents ordered and they didn't even have record of their order so they set there for 45 minutes and got a refund to leave. Yes they were very busybut still. They were serving other people who ordered after us and it was burgers just like we got. My parents got a refund butthe lady didn't seem sympathetic about it.

I had heard great things about Mo's from "Real Arlington Foodies," so I had to check it out for myself. I took the whole family, and while we ended up spending a bit more than I had planned, the moment the food hit my palate, I could taste the passion, heart, and soul that Mo puts into his dishes. I tried everything that the family ordered, and it was all incredibly flavorful, moist, and delicious. The mozzarella sticks are absolutely amazing! Thank you, Mo—I'll definitely be returning!
