Ihop - Arlington

A friend and I visited this special IHOP on a Friday night. That was my first time. The waitress we had was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. Somehow there was an older, Hispanic waitress who spoke with her staff inextricably, but it was nothing of our business. A group of young men came in, torn. Of course the waiters noticed. I had it on my heart to pay for the detergent because it just seemed like doing the right thing until my friend mentioned the older waitress above “they people” with a collective, racial undertone. I made a decision to talk to the manager who initially seemed disgusting and confused. She thanked me for speaking, but I didn't feel it would appeal to the next employee meeting or something. I think it's safe to say that I'll never dine on this particular institution again. I feel that the behaviour is pardoned because it spoke loudly and freely about how it felt to customers. So I can't spend my dollars knowingly where people like me are not respected.

I showed up at 10 before 7:00 a.m., because the staff on the floor was thin. The food was good and hot and looked good. Pity there are no more carafes for coffee thanks to someone sued for burns grrr. The staff was friendly and attentive. Food: 5/5

If I could give 0 stars, I would. At first we waited for 10 minutes for placement, the manager looked at us THREE once before he recognized us. We waited another 10 minutes to order drinks only. The food was good. Jesus was a decent server. But there it is! We were almost $30 more charged for our food! If we had ordered and picked up our food online, it would have been $30 cheaper and I wouldn't have to type! When I addressed the manager about the problem, it was that we didn't control what was charged. We just set it up. No, I'm sorry, because you only cost your server for a $ 130 ticket! I'll get it all right. But if I'm overloaded and then you're rude, don't expect anything extra from me!

Typical IHOP. Combining for keto diet, with high protein meal. 2022 Update, Breakfast Burrito was good, waiting time to get table was long, about 30 minutes. They seemed to be servants. Wife had 2x2x2 reported to be good. Still typical Ihop.

Good food, it's IHOP, so we all know what to expect. Place was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. The waitress was nice, did a great job.Food: 5/5
