Domino's Pizza - Arlington

I never got my delivery, I ordered online with my card. I kept telling the lady I did not receive anything she kept hanging up on me EVERYTIME I called . The last thing she said was “is it outside” when I know for a fact I had to sign for it. Not only that but No one knocked or called ??? I demand a full refund .

Pizza taste horrible, I had to recook it . This location hasn’t been good over the pass months . Highly disappointed. Waste of money ! Sadly I wasn’t the one that picked up my order . If y’all are experiencing an employee shortage close the bs location down !!

Every few months I decide to try ordering at this location again and every time they fail utterly. This time I waited an hour and a half before receiving a cold pizza. I tried to cancel the order but they couldn't even answer the phone. the driver told me there were only two employees there on a Saturday night. This is the usual excuse. Maybe if the owner paid their employees a decent wage, the store could keep people employed.

I order the same pizza, hamburger, onion, with extra cheese, pretty much every time I order. I really appreciate the employees at this location because even though we all are tired, short staffed and overworked, these guys always seem to have a smile and get my pizza right, unlike 80% of the fast food restaurants in the area. Please go to this store if you can.

Haven't had Dominoes in years. Wasn't too bad. Supply chain left them with no crushed red peppers or parmesan cheese. Both pizzas I orded was to have 3 topping each but 1 only had 2 toppings. Didn't notice until I got home
