D'agostino's Delicatessen - Arlington

The service was incredibly quick, and the bread is wonderfully soft and fresh. The cold cuts are served at the perfect temperature, and the Italian sub is excellent. While the store feels a bit outdated, it has a warm, homey vibe, especially in the Heights section of Arlington. The prices are very reasonable, and they also offer convenient precooked options for takeout.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I have to say, the chicken parmesan sandwich was fantastic! I wanted to try it before recommending it, and I give it an A+. Thank you for a delicious late lunch at 4 PM! By the way, I stopped by AFC Urgent Care for the first time as well and asked for good dining recommendations (not just for sandwiches), but they didn't have any suggestions. So, I decided to take a stroll down the street to explore the area. On my second visit, the food was just as great. I even did some grocery shopping while waiting for my appointment.

This restaurant consistently delivers fantastic subs, sandwiches, and excellent service. The portion sizes are impressive, and the pricing reflects the quality of the food. You can always discover some hidden gems in their market as well.

You don 't see too many mom and pop delicatessens around anymore. Dag 's is that. Order a sandwich and someone slices the meats and cheeses and makes it for you directly. Good quality. Friendly staff. Also lots of ready made meal options and a decent sampling of groceries and specialty items. Ample parking also. Sometimes it gets busy so make sure you take a number. But don 't worry, there 'll be 10 people working the deli counter and someone will take care of you soon.

Their deli meats are mediocre quality and overpriced. The prices are not posted on the board. Their corned beef, for example, is $25/lb and the worst corned beef I?ve ever tasted. (Edit: I raised this from 1 to 2 stars because they gave me my money back for this without issue.
