Subway - Arles

Going to a Subway you already know what to expect, and the sandwich did not disappoint (the quality is fairly standardized throughout the world). But I would not give it a higher rating because the prep area where the ingredients were was not the cleanest I've seen (not to mention the toilet), not to mention that the person who served me dropped the knife he was using on the floor, then tried to use it again. His explanations of how the composition of the sandwich worked were very poor .. it's true that it is fast food, but you can still have a little more sympathy for the customer not understanding everything . . . Their formula is easy if the right people work it. Just sayin'
