I feel terrible giving even one star after my disappointing experience. There were two employees, and they seemed more interested in socializing than working. They completely ignored me when I tried to place my order. Eventually, I managed to order a cappuccino, but it took 15 minutes to prepare. Really? It was just a single cappuccino, not an entire menu! When you're at the airport, every minute counts. The cappuccino was subpar, the two ladies were unfriendly, and I ended up wasting a lot of time there. This was, by far, the worst and most unprofessional customer service I've ever encountered. This was my experience, and for me, it's a definite "never again."

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier and staff were very rude. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a burger that was actually ready in just 10 minutes. I repeatedly asked about my order, and they kept insisting it wasn’t ready, even though I could see it right in front of me. When I finally received my food, it was cold, and the staff's attitude was disrespectful. I will never return to this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. This is the worst experience I've had at Pizza Boys in Trinidad.

This is a wonderful spot to savor herbal tea, hot chocolate, or chai. The prices are affordable, and the quality is outstanding. The service is also prompt and efficient.
