El Arriero - Arica

Ordered a beef steak and pork. My Spanish is not great so I was trying to get a translation as to how we wanted the steak cooked but the waiter was rushing and not listening to me. The steak we got was completely rare, we almost felt like they were making some sort of joke with us and it was very uncomfortable. Then at the end my partner paid and they added a tip without asking, I only saw it on the bill. Why would you add a tip when a meal had to be sent back twice? Very unacceptable

Restaurant is empty for a reason. Had to send back my steak 2 times because they didn 't know what medium was. First time it came out it looked like it was just bought from the butcher, only red. Then had the audacity to add a tip without asking, will not return.

La parrillada estaba increíble. abundante para 2 adultos y una niña. si bien es cierto la entrada se ve pequeñita, en el interior el local es grande, con buen ambiente. los jugos naturales de mango estaban exquisitos. en razón a calidad precio esta bien por lo que se come. mención especial para el garzón carlitos, que estuvo siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada en la mesa. hasta fotos se preocupo de sacarnos.

La comida es exquisita, una buena cantidad. el local es limpio, bonito y espacioso (no juzguen el tamaño del local por su pequeña entrada) . súper rapidos para preparar la comida y te dan una atencion 10/10. recomendado!

A very nice and quiet place to eat. they serve a lot of meat and seafood. great service!
