Bidrage med feedbackIt saddens me that as a veteran living on post at Fort Meade, that Starbucks co tinues to hire racist employees. I walked in for a beverage this morning and the two employees never even acknowledged my presences. They were not extremely busy at 10:28am. I continued to stand there as they passed out orders. Not one time did either one say, I will be right with you ma'am.
I just don't understand how they consistently mess up an order. Their prices are way too high to accept horrible service. It infuriates me to have a taste for a pumpkin latte only to discover I recieved a regular latte, over and over again.
I will say the drinks are much more consistent and less costly here. Staff always polite and friendly.
Wanted to order some brownies as a Thank You for our wonderful medical staff at Mercy Hospital. The SB staff acted as if I had declared I was robbing the place. They started acting incredulous, and conferring with each other as if I wasn 't even there. Finally, one of them said they would fill the order, but the items would be frozen. I said, that 's fine.
Skimping out on the products. If I place a mobile order for a latte, like a Cinn Dolce Latte, then I expect everything to be made in accordance with what the app tells me. This latte was missing toppings (whip cinnamon), and the guy told me this was intentional for that latte. Not cool! I'm not sure that I trust mobile orders with this establishment anymore. Recommend ordering in person to ensure it's done properly.
