La Capricciosa - Arequipa

Since our arrival in arequipa was our first station capriccio. the beautiful ladies were quick to serve, but more importantly, because we suffer from a slight high disease, they were kind to suggest food that would not irritate the like. everything was fresh, good...prepared, great taste and worth for money. loved and would definitely recommend it. !

Recommended by our guide we were not disappointed! the lemon cake, served much in peru, was the best we had.

The branch close to the cathedral is called La Capricciosa Gelateria and it's famous for its ice creams but it is much more than that! Have a look at the assorted cakes and pies, and make sure to have more than only one slice ...or benefit for the special offer of a slice with a scoop of ice cream for 12 soles! The lunch menu is also very good and cheap: 6 different dishes to choose from plus one drink for only 19 soles! than good price, it is also about quality and taste, go give it a try!

Very unfortunate to know that the company does not comply with paying tips to their staff. Today I was at the Capriccio, Mercaderes street, in Arequipa and when paying the bill with my debit card, and having offered to add some amount for tip, they...told me that I could not leave a tip in that way because the staff would not see a cent.

I am a true dessert lover and this place had so many amazing options. The worst thing was trying to pick only one! There were three of us, so we all ordered something different and we were all super impressed! If you're craving dessert, you...really can't go wrong here!
