Disengaged staff, expensive and average quality. Very long waiting times because the staff often do not have time to clear the checkout. Unfortunately, all the food tastes the same and the French fries are sloppy. Kid-friendliness: Nuggets and plain burgers for the kids work, but be prepared for long waiting times. I have to say I am very disappointed with max premium burger. I have been satisfied with max for so long and would rather have food there than mac and burger king. But now they have stopped plant-based premium shake?!?!?! Only place I could actually get it out of the 3 chains.. lost the desire to eat there now.. this is not good for me and others who are lactose intolerant.. really hope it comes back.
