Kfc - Arecibo

Non-English speaking staff, not interested in communicating effectively with tourists. Unwilling feeling.

KFC brought back the elbow pasta salad (coditos), first couple of times it was good. Today I bought a small bucket and the elbow pasta salad was disappointing, taste and flavor changed and did not resembled the original taste. Please retire it from the menu, unless you go back to the original recipe.

You charge me almost 10.00 dollars and the food was cold and an apple pie thst was burnt and it look like it was yesterday's.

So we pull up and my spanish sucks. My friend starts talking. Drive thru guy says gimmie a break in spanish, so we roll up to the window and ask him what his problem is. He takes my order, and shorts me 4 pieces of chicken. Keep the change and the job, loser.

Terrible service. The employees were rude. They only have thighs and drumsticks which i was ok with until one of the employees was rude about it. When i told her to change the order because i didn't want it, she cut me off. Never going again. I would give 0 stars if I could. 01-26-2020 6 p.m.
