Bidrage med feedbackOn my wife's 50th birthday, I invited 10 friends and family to celebrate at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service was terrible as it took over an hour for our food to arrive. We were so frustrated that we decided to leave, but then they came outside to inform us that our food was ready. My wife was very upset and embarrassed by the whole experience. The food was cold and overall a big disappointment. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
I typically do not write reviews, but I must say that this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service and food were both absolutely terrible. We had made a reservation for a birthday dinner, and it took nearly an hour for a server to give us menus. The menus were handwritten and photocopied in a font that was difficult to read, with no vegetarian options, sides, or allergy information provided. It took an hour for our drinks to arrive, and they were served in different sized cups despite ordering the same drinks at the same price. We waited 2 hours for our food, and when we complained to the manager, he made excuses instead of taking responsibility. The manager only spoke to us after we got up to leave, begging us to stay and promising that the food would be ready in 1 minute. However, when the food arrived 5 minutes later, it was cold and not what we had ordered. Two people in our party did not receive their meals until 20 minutes later, while another table was served before us. They even brought out the cake we had brought before clearing our plates, without offering to cut it for us. Despite the terrible experience, we were still expected to pay. My main complaint is towards the manager for his poor attitude and unwillingness to apologize or take responsibility. I hope he does not take out his incompetence on the kitchen staff and servers. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this restaurant voluntarily.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a resturant. It took 2 hours for the food to be served and it was raw, cold and overall poorly made. The music was also blasted on full volume for the majority of the night and they couldn't be bothered to clear the table before bringing out the birthday cake. The manager was the main problem with all of this and neglected my table and only cared when we tried to leave before receiving our food which we had to wait an aditional 20miniutes for our food while other tables were still being served before us. The waiters were the only good things about the place as they were very nice and was genuinely sorry for us and the wait. The manager didn't bother to apologise and forced the waiters to apologise instead and hasn't taking any responsibility for how poor we were treated.
As soon as we walked into the restaurant, my young son started having a typical toddler tantrum. The hostess who seated us kindly offered him some biscuits and juice to help calm him down - such a thoughtful gesture. The menu had a wide variety of options, the food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the staff were amazing - friendly and efficient. I couldn't find a single fault with our experience!
Lovely food and drinks are made fresh and cold! Only small issue we found was the flickering main lights all around the restaurant.
