The manager on duty was extremely rude. She asked what she can do for me so I told her the sandwich I wanted then she asked what kind again do I assumed she was asking about the bread so I told her. Then she said in a sassy way, that’s a bread not a sandwich so so told her I had already told her. Shevturned around and said so the Vikings must have lost since you seem angry. I wasn’t angry at all but don’t be little me that I don’t know the difference between a type of sandwich and type of bread. She continued to argue and put me down until I left. You need a new manager Pot Belly! Someone with a personality who is not argumentative. This is at 5 on 9/10/23 Service: 1

The light brown haired man working did not greet me or asked what I wanted, just asked what bread. Didn't ask for toppings, didn't speak to me during check out, and when I came back and asked for a side of the topping I didn't get didn't acknowledge me but shortly after gave me what I asked. There was no communication or quality customer service. Please try to train the team better that is customer facing. Additionally, all the tables are dirty and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. I do not plan to come back with this bad service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
