Schlotzsky's - Arden

I really wanted to like this place after I so excited him on Fast Foodies. I have a French dip. I threw them away, and it wasn't for lack of eating. The food was expensive and edible. Bun was not crispy or soft, it was like chewing a couch cushion. Beef was spicy, fat and chewing. Cut the grain wrong. Bleh.

Not worth the money. No, where it tastes as good as it was in recent years. Had known something was up there when we were the only two people. Make yourself a favor and go somewhere, but here

1st time having Schlotzsky's. I would not recommend the roast beef. It's slimy, cold and overly fatty/stringy. It's an odd unappetizing color and texture.

Food is excellent with good variety. Appears understaffed every time we go there. Same person taking drive thru, inside and online orders. My last on line order I waited 30 minutes to pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes to get this one item order. Must be very hard to find and hold staff.

Service is extremely slow especially the drive thru. 1/3 of the time, my order has a mistake; i.e., wrong salad dressing, no chips in bag, etc. The long waits when there is no one else in the drive thru other than me is the most aggravating part of this location and the lackadaisical attitudes of the employess is the next aggravating part of this location.
