Regio's Meat Market - Arcola

This Taqueria is horrible. How do you not have beans to add to your tacos. The menudo taste like they used sink water; really bad after taste. Go to Brothers Tacos, much better.

I would give this place a zero for the lack of customer service.the customer service at regio sucks really bad the lady at the front extremely rude to the customers. Me and my mother went to el region to buy some groceries my mom had a question with one of the items price, my mom asked MARIA about the item and MARIA told my mom did you read the sign in an extremely rude way. MARIA should be aware of her rude behavior plus she is the one that works there she should be helping us. she should be the one that would tell us about the price.I hope that el regio meat market place coach her on her customer service. the customer service that MARIA has is very unacceptable.

The people in the kitchen. They are unkind, they even get upset if you ask for something else...

We went to purchase some chicharron cracklins. And we were told by the meat person employee, to go ahead and go behind the small counter and select the pieces that we wanted. Which we did. As soon as we have completed selecting our pieces. The store manager approaches my husband with another female employee and begins to scold him because he went behind the counter. My husband explained to the store manager that he was just following orders from the meat counter employee. Nevertheless, the manager continued to scold my husband. I understand that they have a process but my husband was just following the orders from the meat counter employee. I know the matter could have been handled more professionally. I did not want to enhance the terrible and embarrassing moment. Which the manager and the female employee forced us to endure.

Condiments like salsa and sides they don't have takeaway containers they give you a sachet as they want me to be serving gravy in a sachet lousy service
