Waffle House - Archdale

Only two workers, but the store went very well. Cook white lady and a young black man. My food was made as I like it and it's the cleanest waffle house I've ever been and there were only 2 workers

Terrible attention I have gone twice, and there is always a man, I don't know if he is the manager or a waiter, and he tells us that we have to wait an hour and that he no longer visits them in a warm way unlike the other companies shops that are in other areas that you visit for more people than there, and it is an excellent service. I suggest that the administrator responsible for this facility pays more attention to the people he hires, because it has not only happened to me, but many other people who have visited the place and unfortunately because of one or two people the prestige of the restaurant is lost. Thank you for your attention.

The only complaint I have about waffle house is every time I order additional pages from bacon and never get them. But the food is always good and the staff is always fast. I can say they are usually only a few employees, so I appreciate the hectic!

It was only in this place. I sat down on a chair and was ignored for 12 minutes before I was tired of waiting and leaving while the person who should take my order twidddled their thumbs. There were several complete tables, but their orders were prepared by the cook. Maybe the waiter was new or tired. I just know that no one harassed my order and I was hungry, so I went somewhere else. In 20 years, I never really had a negative experience at Waffle House. The food is always good and the staff is usually quite friendly. Maybe if you pay your employees a living wage, they would be more motivated.

One of the best Waffle House restaurants I have ever visited. Bright, clean and pleasant. Easy in and out, plenty of parking. Staff members were friendly and efficient. My food was cooked and served quickly, exactly how I wanted AND was delicious. SUPERB!
