Bidrage med feedbackI stopped in for a solo dinner at the bar. The staff was preparing for a busy Saturday night but was jovial and took good care of of me. I had the fish and chips. It was a great fish and chips. I fished dinner with the flourless chocolate torte which was delicious.
The goat curry was very good. I especially enjoyed the fried oysters. The downside was the service. I've rarely had to yell over the counter to make my order. The service itself was not bad, just a long wait. The Caribbean lemonade is to die for.
Our server, Iris, provided excellent service and good food.
Great food and drinks, friendly staff, also in a cool warehouse!!! Definitely a great spot for happy hour, we were very happy with the dishes at happy hour and drinks!
In town for the night and decided to take myself out to dinner. I had a half dozen oysters, Caesar salad with grilled shrimp and the grilled brio sourdough since the description of the salad said it was served with breadcrumbs instead of croutons. The service was lovely, the restaurant was beautiful, and that salad made me want to write poetry. I'm not exaggerating. Caesar salad is always my go to when I'm in a new restaurant, because a good one is always great and this did not disappoint. The first pleasant surprise was that it DOES come with croutons (perfect, croutons btw, not half baked wedges of bread that can hardly fit in your mouth) and I wound up taking the bread home to have for breakfast the next day. The lettuce was cut into pieces that fit in your mouth (this is not always a thing) the salad was dressed well but the dressing did not overwhelm, and it was very peppery which worked really well to balance the other flavors. The shrimp was grilled beautifully and this combination served to be a more filling dinner than one might expect. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return in the future.
