Gunnar is so good employee that I've never seen before in any other carls in this country. So kind and also manages his store super clean. I love his dedication on this store. He deserves much more than he gets now.

This specific restaurant doesn't have hot food. Several times I got a burger that was old and cold, and cold soggy fries. I have complained to the restaurant about this, and from what I can tell, nothing has changed. The patty is dried out from sitting around for God knows how long. It's so cold the cheese was not melted at all. One time I asked them to make it to order, I got hot fries and a cold burger.

My drive thru interaction with Rena set the bar for customer service! I failed to look at which location I placed my mobile order for, but Rena still managed to make it happen and did so with a smile. Thank you Rena!!!
