Panda Express - Arcadia

Unfortunately, they couldn't redeem my free children's certificate, but after the appointment of the family party, the wonderful staff made sure to pack me a party. Every box was absolutely with food and for once I was able to feed my family of 4 for less than 35 dollars. Great service and cooking here by staff at this point in Vons.

In last week, I was checking some food at this store around 7:55PM, 5 minutes before this store closes, the server lady (old lady) asked me if I want to buy any food from there. When I looked at the food display and quality of the it, I saw only few dishes are available and those dishes seemed LEFT OVER food. I refused to buy anything from there immediately and I don't think I will go back there unless I see freshly cooked food available.

Second time this lady mistook my order, this time it was chow mein noodles for fried rice. Her poor listening skills are still unacceptable, despite her excuses. Everyone else did great as usual, and the food is excellent as always.

I like coming to this specific Panda because it is inside of Vons. Also, there is this wonderful lady named Judy who is always so nice and helpful when I order. She always offers me plates, forks and chili. She always looks like she is happy to be there and happy to help. I usually order the Family Feast for five of us. There are always left overs! I love getting the family feast because I think it is the better deal when you have more than two people to feed.

For the most part you can expect a very clean eating area. Good customer service, and pleasant worker attitude. However, for those of you whom want good plating, look else where. They just throw your food on the plate.
