I had a great experience at the restaurant. Our meals arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, and they were hot, delicious, and plentiful. My dining companion and I couldn't finish our Angus burgers because they were quite large. The drink prices were reasonable as well, making our dinner for two under $60 a great deal in today's market. Well done, everyone! Keep up the good work!

I visited this restaurant for lunch today and it was my first time dining here. The venue is modern, clean, and pleasant, offering professional service. I had the roast of the day Parmy, which was reasonably priced and of excellent quality. They also have a kids' menu. I highly recommend this place!

The Ararat RSL is a charming venue conveniently located in town. The meals are both delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is exemplary. We visited for both lunch and dinner, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The only downside to the atmosphere was the background noise from the pokies, but that was a minor issue in an otherwise well-managed and welcoming place.

Despite being clearly understaffed, our waitress—who I believe was named Kerry (with pink hair)—was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She was a true pleasure to interact with and showed great understanding when one of our family members fell seriously ill, leading us to leave before our desserts arrived; she kindly packaged them to take home. I have dined here multiple times while visiting my elderly parents, and it has always been a family favorite, offering consistently high-quality meals and service. My only disappointment was regarding the recognition and discounts for RSL members. I received a small discount on the bill, but it wasn't the usual amount I would expect as a member. It just didn't feel the same as if I had been a member of their specific branch.

The customer service and food at this bistro were quite average. Despite the fact that there were hardly any customers, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just for a small bread roll, which I quickly ate because I was so hungry. When my steak finally arrived after a wait of at least 45 minutes, the vegetables were overcooked—the broccoli was soggy and a pale green, and the chips were not even warm. The garlic sauce contained actual slices of garlic mixed with cream cheese, which was rather off-putting. It's a shame because the venue itself is tidy and looks nice. I've visited many country pubs and RSLs throughout Australia, but unfortunately, this one doesn't stand out. Overall, it was quite disappointing and not worth the $46 price tag.
