Ararat Noodle Bar

I highly recommend the special fried rice at this restaurant, it is the most delicious I have ever tried.

I tried the wonton soup for the first time and it was fantastic. It had a generous amount of dumplings and vegetables.

We were passing through and couldn't find any good options in Ballarat. Stopped in Ararat and saw lots of locals coming ouy from this place so gave it try.Very happy! Food was ready in less than 10mins. I ordered the popular Wonton noodle soup; delicious bbq/char sui pork slices (generous amounts), 6 wontons, pak choy, carrots, spring onions, egg noodles and a delicious chicken broth. We also ordered the Singapore noodles. Good attempt at making decent tasting noodles with white cabbage, carrots and bbq pork with vermicelli. The service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and try picking from the favorites listed on the front of their shop! :)

Came here for dinner on the way back to Melbourne city from Grampians. It was one of the few shops opened. We ordered the Special Fried Rice which had ham, prawns etc, cooked in a Chinese wok and it was really delicious! Portion was generous and it was not expensive.

Good value meal. Nice and tasty and the service was quite fast. The Hokkien Mee was great. I'd recommend this place and odd come again. Cheers.
