Bidrage med feedbackThis place has no management skills and each employee runs the store however they want. “Let’s make the customers wait on purpose” 30 min later after waiting in the parking lot for a $23 order not to mention the 12 min at the drive thru window, there were hardly any cars or customers inside to justify the slowness. Listen I understand customer service is a joke after COVID, but this place gets the award for the slowest place ever. I thought the drive thru was suppose to be faster then dine in, that’s not the case when I asked what the hold up was, I was told the 2 customers ordering tenders was the hold up. I would been okay had they not forgotten food with my order, after waiting 45 min total, seriously should have closed forever when Harvey destroyed it, it’s a shame they reopened, would have done Aransas Pass a favor if it closed.
Food was disguising 8 employees standing around on their phones. One person working. Had to squeeze past people leaning up against the wall on there phones to get food All employees Parked up front close to the door as I was the only one there and there was 4 cars out front
We ordered through door dash I should start off by saying. From the time I ordered to the time it got here was no more than 20-25 minutes which meant that the food should be hot. Wrong! The sand which had 2 pickles on it and was lukewarm, the poppers that were my side had been sitting under and heat lamp for hours probably, they didn’t put my desert biscuits in there, my husband ordered a 3 piece spicy white chicken and it was ALL wings not one single breast and it was ice cold. The only thing that was remotely warm was the Mac and cheese. So if that was warm the rest of it should be as well. To top it off, they are open until 10, at 8:15 I called 5 or so times and no one will answer the phone. People work hard for their money now a days and expect what they order to be correct and fresh. I expect the manager or owner to respond or compensate appropriately. I will be going up there tomorrow for a face to face conversation. After being on an airplane and traveling all day this was more than enough to set me off, and I work in the food service industry!
By far the worst church's I've ever been to. Literally everything was inedible. The chicken and biscuit was as hard as a rock. I was hoping to enjoy my Mac and cheese but it tasted so off I threw it up. Almost sour. I was on the road from vacation so unfortunately wasn't able to get a refund or circle back to complain. Wouldn't waste your money there.
If I could give 0, I would. We waited 35 minutes for our order. We arrived at 239 left at 314. Ordered 12 tender meal. The tenders were hot and good. Fries were beyond gross. They were either horribly over cooked, old or cooked in old grease. The fries looked like they were battered because they had layers of gunk fried to them. The okra was old soggy and tasted HORRIBLE My order was only $28 but considering the food I'm tossing and time I wasted I feel totally jipped. My advice, go to Portland.
