Marianne's Ice Cream - Aptos

Purrrrfect summertime delights delicious ice cream at Marianne's Aptos! Kira (hopefully spelling her name correctly! assisted us and she was absolutely superb! Soo kind, welcoming, efficient and helpful Kira deserves five stars all on her own! We bought a quart each of lemon custard, cinnamon chocolate (aka Mexican chocolate and burgundy cherry individual cups and cones of butter brickle and dark chocolate. All are marvelously creamy and full of mouth watering goodness. Ice cream Nirvana!

I visited this Marianne's location in Aptos for the first time, and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I was thrilled to find their strawberry sorbet. We ordered a three-scoop serving to share, but it didn't quite fit in the cup, so I recommend going for the two-scoop option instead. The sorbet tasted just as delightful as I remembered, with a fresh strawberry flavor and a creamy finish that isn't overly sweet. They have a ticket system where you pull a number and they'll call you when your order is ready. The staff is friendly and happy to let you sample different flavors. There's seating available both indoors and outdoors, and parking is limited to street parking only.

Beach days are incomplete without ice cream from this place! There’s a fantastic selection of rich and creamy flavors to choose from.

I always wanted to try ice cream places that gave a type of old ambiance for ice cream, this place was just it ! the store gave various choices with 80+ flavors of ice cream . i got northern oregon blackberry which was lightly sweet very blackberry lol ! i also got the kahlua krunch which was mainly a coffee flavored ice cream with chunks of coffee bits (maybe toffee idk lol) fudge. the service was very friendly with staff offering samples explanations of the flavors. will come back everytime i head to seacliff

The flavors are so savory and rich. I have never tried Spumoni, and it was the best flavor ever thus far. I also recommend the lavender, and yes, green tea . I know when I read green tea , I was like what kind of ice cream is that. Don't label the flavors as bad until you try them heheh oh and don't forget horchata flavor . There is a lot of visitors, so don't forget to get your waiting line ticket number. I have done that and waited extra time. The service was very polite, patient, and compassionate. I felt welcomed. The beach is right next door, so on a sunny day you can go with friends, family or your date on a walk down the beach with some excellent ice cream what a day!
