Texas Roadhouse - Appleton

Went on a Saturday afternoon about 3ish. Wow, super busy. Once we saw the over flowing lot. Parked and called for reservations which they don't really do. Advise to download the app. Enter your profile and they message you when you're up next. Be quick because they only wait 5 minutes or so because they believe you're waiting outside or in house. Once you're situated all is good. Appetizer came out hot and entrees were on que. Restaurant is packed with all tables occupied and the service is pretty good. Amazingly orchestra. When you go plan ahead for the wait and if you get there later in the day, some popular cuts of steak are sold out.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are not automatic. Once you're inside, proximity of tables/ booths to aisles are very tight, but not impossible.

Great food, great drinks, and great service. Steaks were cooked to perfection!

Bad customer service and shady employees. The food was okay, Issa not worth the price.

We were in to celebrate my friend's birthday. The food was great and took some leftovers home. Plus, we made my friend ride the saddle while they sang happy birthday to her. Will be back again.

There were four of us in our party. We were seated immediately. Being very hungry, we started with 3 baskets of their delicious buns and butter, while our waiter patiently waited for us to decide on what to order. Two of us ordered flavored lemonades. They were very tasty and refreshing. Our baskets of bread were followed up with a cactus blossom. Which was fried just right. No raw batter in the middle. Yet not over cooked on the outer pedals. One issue was, I wanted one of their delicious hamburgers but they were out of hamburgers, ?, So I had to pick a different option. Our Steak, Ribs and chicken portabella were all cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. Our waiter even waited for the steak recipient to check her steak to be sure it was to her satisfaction. Unfortunately the person who ordered the country fried steak was not overly happy with it. She mentioned it was chewy and tough to eat. Our sides were delicious. Our group ordered sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, garden salads with onion, and corn for sides. Needless to say we all took home a to-go box. There were a couple of birthday celebrations while we were there. The staff didn't participate and make them as entertaining as I have seen at other Texas Roadhouse locations, but they did get out the saddle and had the birthday guest yell yee haw after they announced their age. Other than that it's your pretty topical Texas Roadhouse. We went there for a special occasion. Otherwise we don't usually pick such a pricey venue to dine at. Over all I'd say we enjoyed our meal and time together there.
