Bidrage med feedbackThe employees always seem to be happy to be there and are always super kind and patient. The only complaint I have is that they have had a huge pothole in the parking lots for years, and instead of fixing it, now a traffic cone just sits there.That's not a reflection of my thoughts on service whatsoever, but I do think it is a reflection on ownership's priorities. I think smoothing that out could really increase the overall atmosphere/drive thru experience.
Prices have gotten out of control now there charging for pup cups. I was told I'm not allowed to smoke in my truck when going through there drive though. See ya dunkin!!!!

The parking lot is horrendous because it's next ro Starbucks, thankfully it's a little less bad because it's on the end so there's a little more room. The service depends on who is there. The last time we went rhe doughnuts were dry ?
Service is fine, but what I don't understand is every single time I do a mobile order, I get stuff like this. For example, this time I have fingerprints in the frosting and a super hard end of a donut. The donut literally looks like a donut that should be rejected for quality. That end literally....what happened?? Why would you think this is ok?
