Bidrage med feedbackRestaurant needs to be overhauled. It hasn't changed much over the years. Lately the wait time, especially during peak times, is an incredibly long wait due to being understaffed. The one time we got lucky and waited only 10 minutes, the bro who servedus seemed to almost try and push us out any time our hands left our plates. I get wanting to turn over tables and make money,but come on. Menu options were not anything to be like OMG we need to try that, or come back again and get this.
Food was good. Cleaning supplies left out near eating area. Nearly all tap beers were out. 4 out of 8 active. Understaffed. Not sure why I'm being asking to pay for higher food prices and a min 18% tip. If I'm paying additional food cost to cover higherwages, why the massive tip as well?
The overall quality of the food was not good. It seemed like most items were pre-packaged or reheated. The mashed potatoes appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. The restaurant was also dirty and sticky, in need of a thorough cleaning.
Chili's consistently delivers high quality service and great food. Despite being short staffed, the service was still friendly and efficient. It was unfortunate to see some customers being impatient due to the staffing issues. I hope Chili's can overcome these challenges and continue to thrive, as we enjoy dining there for a lovely date night.
Despite being understaffed and experiencing a 45-minute wait on a Saturday afternoon, we received excellent service and enjoyed delicious food. The employees were friendly and provided great service. Keep up the good work with your smiles and service – it will only improve from here!
