Pizza Hut - Apple Valley

They completely messed up my order. Wrong icing, wrong wings. Place wasn't busy girl just seemed like she didn't care about her job. She literally put icing in with my bacon bread. I feel like you guys need a lot of improvement. Also if I pay for the better Icing I shouldn't be getting the cheaper

Called pizza hut and made order, they were asked if still delivering first it was 10:22pm,she says yes, gave my order and no one ever showed up,well of course out of concern tried calling back no one answer they were closed,then i called my bank to cancel my card no answer there neither,nthe next day spoke to the manager, she stated her name in ms Jacob, I don't believe her,but I asked for a little compensation of something off my order, she said my money was returned the next day, but that didn't make up for my stress, I thought something happen to the driver, needless to say I didn't rest, I worried about their driver and we didn't eat, but I will follow-up.

The food was horrible I eat at Pizza Hut they're usually great not this location at all the food was cold and it tasted like none of the ingredients were

I live two and a half miles down from Pizza and they never wanted to deliver to that's pretty disgusting when you can't go 2 mi down.

I came in to do my pick up order I had order. It was part of the $7 deal and I got two medium pepperoni pizza but me being a dummy forgot to add the pep as a topping since I thought it’ll do it on its own and came to realize it’s a create your own so when I picked it up it was just cheese so I went back inside super embarrassed because I didn’t realize it was a create your own and I explained to the manager and the manager was kind enough to add the pep and not charge me. I love this Pizza Hut and they are always super kind and helpful : I recommend this location over any other : super kind and friendly and always clean : thank you pizza for the great customer service :
