Jack In The Box - Apple Valley

I asked for my fries to be hot, they sent me to the front parking to wait, they said sorry it took so long, we had to make the tacos, tacos were hot everything else was cold, I called to complain, they said you're supposed to eat while you're driving, and we're not going to replace anything, $33.00 down the tube. Microwave fries and burgers suck just like the service I received.

Clean and pleasant. Service was nice and quick. No locks on clean, graffiti free restrooms. Nice. Only downside.. you can't mobile order here! Have tried several times to use the app and order ahead utilizing my rewards and offers yet app says this location doesn't have these items available. I asked at the counter but employees didn't have a clue!

I'm stuck going here because my son has Autism and loves the chicken tenders from here. Unfortunately they changed the combo from 6 pieces of chicken to 5 and raised the price. Its now over 15$ for the medium combo. You can get a much better chicken tenders meal at Denny's or other restaurants for equal or less. Kills me every time I go there. And I alwasy have to request hot food. They often have food in warming trays just sitting at luke warm temps. For the outrageous prices you should get hot food. Oh and check your fries at the window. Half the time the container is half empty.

Good food just wish you didn't have to wait so long to get your food
