Halleluiah Bbq - Apple Valley

I've been waiting to try this place for months. Completely worth the wait! Best barbecue I've had in over 10 years, with the spicy sauce being the best barbecue sauce I've ever tasted. Everything is so flavorful and tender. The sides don't need any extra seasoning at all either, which I feel can be difficult to find at most bbq joints. I definitely will be coming back.

Delicious ribs, Mac and cheese, and the cole slaw has a kick! Make sure to get there before they SELL OUT! On a Saturday, they sold out by 3pm!Parking: There are limited spots about 6 in total and 2 are supposed to be handicap

The meat was a bit dry for my taste; a little more BBQ sauce would have improved it. The standout dish was the potato salad, which surprised me since I'm not usually a fan of it. Unfortunately, the macaroni and cheese was lacking in both cheese and flavor, and I even found a hair in it—definitely not a bonus. I don't think I'll be returning. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly while I was picking up my food, and the restaurant itself seemed clean.

I visited this restaurant once a while ago when my boyfriend took me for the first time. I can confidently say that the food is amazing and the portions are generous! The staff is friendly, and I would rate it a 10/10. I will definitely be going back! Food: 5/5

First time eating from here, and I have to say it was the best BBQ that I've had in the high desert so far. Everything was well seasoned and full of flavor. All the food here is reasonably priced and worth every dime. My favorite were the ribs but the brisket and the chicken were very good. I didnt get a chance to try the pulled pork but I will on the next visit. I Highly recommend Halleluiah BBQ for a real BBQ experience.
