Don’t trust the reviews. This location literally trades free desserts for 5 star reviews (none of which disclose this detail .This location struggles to match the modest standards of any other Carls I’ve ever been to (hence paying for reviews. The store is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the food even tastes good. The problem is *getting it.*I’ve ordered here twice now, and have spent a cumulative 60 minutes waiting for cheeseburgers and quesadillas (some of which were still wrong or missing when my tray arrived. If I visit a third time, I’ll likely have waited half a Lord of the Rings movie by the time my food is cooked.I love Carl’s, but this store has pushed me to the brink. Heed my words and turn back now, or be prepared for the longest wait of your life and a few missing items.

Expensive for the quality. $14 for a Western combo.
