Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby?s in Apopka is a newer restaurant. They have fried chicken options and some salads. Similar to a chick fil a but with more options. The drive through is always very efficient as the wait times are never very long. You can also find coupons that make the food an even better value.

Tonight I received the worse service I?ve ever received anywhere from the employees that worked this evening, from their product down to their service. I placed an order that consisted of 3 meals. Upon arriving to the window I was informed there would be a 7 minute wait on my chicken for their club sandwich. I was given the drinks to the meals and when I asked her where I should park she gestured towards the front of the store. After waiting over 15 minutes I went back thru the drive thru where the cashier then handed me my bag of food. I waited for her to return to the window because she disappeared when I turned to pass the bag of food to one of my passengers before getting to request dipping sauce. After inwaited about another 5 minutes she returned. I then asked for the sauce and informed her I was given The wrong sandwich and would like the difference in cost refunded as I knew the kitchen staff was most likely closing and I didn?t want to wait any longer for another sandwich to be made. I was told the store was closed, I needed to come back in the morning that the manager was refusing to speak with me and that I needed to pull out of the driveway because I was on their timer. I told her I couldn?t see how the timer made a difference if she said they were closed and requested to speak to the manager again. She then closed the window and upon doing so said ?have a good night little ugly?. Not only was my food cold but the chicken to the wrong sandwich I was given, was under cooked.

Do not order wings from here. I ordered 10 wings and I received 8. I asked for them to be fried hard. They were soggy and cold. The bag was also handed to me sideways so some of the wing sauce spilled into the bag. Needless to say the person that prepped the order did a terrible job. I would have returned to rectify this mess but I dont have the time or energy. Unacceptable for a 14 dollar order worth of wings. I would have gotten better wings at Little Caesars. This review was written 20 minutes after receiving the food.

Food is good. Don?t really have any complaints about the taste. My only complaint is that I don?t believe I have ever gotten my correct order here. Ever. Funny thing is that it?s always wrong in the same way. No matter what sides I choose, I always end up with fries and toast. It?s like they just have a default way they are making the meal and you?re going to get it that way whether you want it or not. lol The other thing is the sauce. You ordered BBQ, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. You ordered Honey Mustard, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. You ordered Ranch, well you?re getting Zax Sauce. All roads seem to lead to Zax Sauce.

Love Zaxbys! But their service is going downhill, first they forgot to add the tenders. Then when we went to dine in to get the food took like 30 mins and cashier forgot my drink. Then we went another day drive through? no cars behind and they had us wait up ahead in the Parking lot .. hope they can get it together like when they first opened.
