The Tavern At Rock Springs Ridge

We had a fantastic dinner last night at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted and received very attentive service. The atmosphere was lovely and inviting, without being too formal. There were several TVs where guests could watch their favorite game, as well as a beautifully named bar area. The food was delicious - we enjoyed the house-made chips and onion dip, caprese salad, wood-fired pizza, and chicken piccata. Chef Ed even came out to ensure we were enjoying our meal, and we certainly did. Jodi also checked in to make sure we were satisfied. It was clear that they truly care about their customers. We will definitely be returning to dine here again. The chicken was juicy and the pizza had a fantastic smoky flavor from the wood-fired oven. My daughter insisted that we come back so she could have the pizza again. The trip was worth it, and we will be back for sure.

That was some of the best food we have ever had, and we are complete foodies. My son is a self-professed pizza connoisseur and said that this is the best pizza he has ever had, and he has tried pizza from all over Central Florida. The staff was also super friendly.
