Subway - Apopka

This restaurant is completely disgusting. An employee was extremely rude when I asked for a little extra sauce, he angrily poured a third of the bottle on my plate. If they don't want to work, that's fine, but they shouldn't take it out on people like this. I would never recommend this place.

I arrived at the Subway at 7 o'clock and there were 4 customers in line at the counter. The two employees, whose names I did not know, were a Spanish man and a black man. I was behind a woman and we waited about 5 minutes before she was ready to order. The Spanish employee was in a hurry and the woman politely asked him to slow down. He seemed annoyed and started throwing random objects, but didn't say anything. When it was the woman's turn, the black employee took her order but the Spanish employee tried to take over. The woman insisted that only the black employee make her sandwich, as he seemed more attentive and caring. The Spanish employee added way too much salt and pepper, and the woman asked for a new sandwich. He threw the sandwich against the wall and made a new one. The woman made it clear that she only wanted the black employee to make her sandwich, as he was more careful and not in a rush. I was shocked by the Spanish employee's behavior and how he threw the sandwich against the wall. He never apologized for his actions and the woman seemed frustrated.

Great Service super friendly staff. I got a huge order and my hands where full a worker named Sebastian was awesome and got the door for me, made my day 100% would go again.

This Subway is the best in town!!!It’s appearance is pleasantly clean and very pretty. It’s the highlight of Rock Springs Plaza corner. Furthermore, the manager and staff exhibit a kind, friendly, and polite demeanor with their customers. Finally, their fresh sandwiches, wraps, and cookies never disappoint yet, always is a delight! So… let’s go Eat Fresh!!!

I ordered a sandwich online with specific preferences, but when I went to eat it, everything was incorrect. I called to address the issue and was told that I should have ordered a different sandwich because that is how it is always made. Despite being given the option to customize my order, they made it how they wanted and then blamed me for the mistake. I usually do not leave reviews, but this was a truly terrible experience with their service.
