What a hidden gem! We unfortunately missed the live music that sometimes happens here, but as soon as I stepped inside, I could tell I was going to love this place. The atmosphere is wonderfully laid-back. They have an excellent selection of draft beers and a diverse range of wines. Additionally, the menu is wonderfully indulgent, with frequent updates to the offerings, ensuring there's always something fresh to sample. If I lived close by, this would definitely be my favorite spot.

Apopka truly needs more establishments like this one. It's a delightful place to relax, sip on a glass of wine, and escape from everyday life. Kat's has tremendous potential and has already started to positively affect the community, even though it has only been open for a few weeks. We visited on a weeknight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a spacious bar area and tables along the walls. They offer an extensive selection of wines and, surprisingly, six taps of craft beer, along with some well-known domestic beer options in bottles. This is significant for Apopka, where craft beer choices are nearly non-existent. The wine list is equally impressive. While they had a few appetizers available, like asparagus dip and cheese platters, we didn’t sample any since we weren’t hungry. Overall, this establishment is a fantastic addition to Apopka, and I hope it inspires the opening of more places like it. I've also heard they host live music on weekends, featuring piano and guitar players. I can’t wait to return!

I visited for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Kat, the bartender, was especially wonderful. I can't wait to return!

I really love this local gem. Kat is amazing! I enjoy sitting at the bar and chatting about the latest news. She frequently changes her beer selection, so I get to try new brews while still enjoying my favorites. Here's a tip: when you arrive, ask her about her special, Kat's Crack! Her black and blue chips are incredibly tasty, and you'll find yourself coming back for more. Yum!
