Mcdonald's - Apopka

I have been a resident of this area for 18 years. The service at this restaurant has been so disappointing that I only go there when I absolutely need McDonald's ice tea to help with a drop in blood sugar. The management is terrible and they often serve food that has been sitting out for too long. I highly doubt they follow proper time limits for food service. Make sure to double check your order, as they frequently make mistakes and may give you the wrong items. For example, your Southwest Salad might come with vinaigrette instead of the dressing specifically meant for that salad.

They served fresh fries and were quick! This was the best McDonald's I have been to since moving to Florida. The customer service was excellent. You really impressed me. It's not often you can say positive things about a McDonald's, but this one is top-notch!

I visited this McDonald's to purchase food for my son. When I arrived at the payment window, I realized that I had forgotten my money at home. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and respectful, and they generously covered the cost of my son's meal. I was truly touched by their gesture. After feeding my son at home, I returned with my wife to order food for ourselves and properly pay for the meal. I regret not getting the employee's name as he truly deserves recognition for his compassion and kindness. He should be considered for an employee of the year award.

This McDonald's on Main Street in downtown Apopka, Florida, not far from crossing, is absolutely the best I have seen in the United States. My brother, I took our mother a few times that used her walker's concrete ramp. My brother and I made it a habit to visit this place every day, half an hour walk. Sometimes we ordered meals with the McDonald application and for the items that were not in sale or free (yes, it is sometimes possible to get something free at McDonald's with the application). After ordering, you can sit at each of the many comfortable stands to enjoy your food: Chicken McNuggets, Big Mac, Coffee, Teas, a grilled chicken sandwich or a McDouble with delicious crispy hot french french fryers. There are delicious iced teas and soda in various sizes with ice dispensers, and a particularly good hot apple cake. In two seating areas there are large flat screen televisions that show news channels with small volume. This McDonald's is always kept immaculately clean and employs a well-trained, friendly and efficient staff. The owner and the manager are to be praised to ensure that it is one of the best McDonald's in Florida. When visiting the family in Apopka, Florida, I always eat at this well managed and comfortable McDonald's. This location also features a popular entry window for exit orders, reliable Wi-Fi and clean toilets, a large separate playroom for young children and many parking spaces. There are several employees who have been awarded for their long-term commendable work, and you will feel like a part of an extended family. There is always service with a smile. This location attracts regular customers who are locals and some tourists and visitors in Florida.

Good service, but they do not pay attention to orders. plan cheese burger kinder meal is difficult to understand. but 4 out of 7 times they still get it wrong. they just need to take care of or train better.
