Jersey Mike's Subs - Apopka

I came in and ordered two subs but forgot to tell the gentleman one sub with no cheese. After I had seen the meat with cheese on the grill. I asked the gentleman has he already made my subs and he said yes. I asked to place another order with no cheese. The gentleman offered to give me the sub with cheese and make me a new sub with no cheese. I will continue to be a valued customer. The workers at store 13059 are awesome. Thank you again.

So my profession is to pay attention to detail and identify opportunities and celibate individuals successes. A gentleman by the name of Donald that made both of my sandwiches went above and beyond like it was just a normal day. He was completely transparent, focused like an artist making a masterpiece while also recognizing and greeting all the other customers. He was engaging at the same time paying attention to my needs and details as if it was his own. Even when it was said and done without me having to even request it he knocked the ball out the park my making it all easy for me to carry without even asking. Jersey Mike?s better pay attention to this guy cause I might come recruit him for my company.

Went on Tuesday morning. Had the chicken bacon ranch on wheat, it was delicious. Good customer service.

The morale at this location is at an all time LOW. My husband and I walked into the location, and immediately noticed the lengthy line, and only two employees working, but we still decided to wait. The workers started to prepare online orders, whilethere were customers in front of them waiting to be served. After waiting 10 minutes and noticing the line wasn 't moving, myhusband and I decided to leave. While quietly walking out the door, the employee (white male with long brown hair ponytail, noname tag attached to his shirt) yells sarcastically have a great day and starts laughing and smirking with the other employee.Very inappropriate conscending behavior for no reason at all. It 's nothing funny, about losing business due to slow service. Butthis is why kids shouldn 't be running a business without supervision. We went next door and spent my money with a business moreefficient. I will not return to this location. This behavior was completely inappropriate and distasteful.
