Backroom Steakhouse Apopka

The food and service were excellent. I had the fish, which was delicious, and my husband enjoyed the Italian dish, which was great as well. We will definitely return!

We decided to return for a second visit, and I have to say, it doesn't get much better than this! What I truly appreciate is that it has a relaxed atmosphere—it's not pretentious at all. While it's not overly expensive, it's absolutely worth every bite. Last night, my wife indulged in a lovely filet with mushrooms and a baked potato, while I enjoyed a 16 oz ribeye topped with Gorgonzola, along with incredible risotto and roasted Brussels sprouts. I genuinely haven't found a better steakhouse, even at places that charge twice as much and often require you to have an expense account. This charming little spot is nestled in the hills of Florida, tucked away in a strip mall, and you would never expect to find such an amazing steakhouse here. I usually don’t pay much attention to servers, but if you get the chance, ask for Kevin—he knows how to read the table, and he’ll make your experience unforgettable.

Food was great, Emma, our server was awesome tonight! The ambiance very pleasant and welcoming! We ordered a slice if cheese cake to go. Paid $8 got home and it was a sliver. We planned on sharing it together. My recommendation do not order the cheese cake. My first and last time! Visited and enjoyed the BackRoom on several occasions. I plan on visiting again just skip the desert!

I have been wanting to try this local steakhouse. They participated in Magical Dining this year. What a great time to try their menu! This is located at the end of a shopping center. There is ample parking. I did make a reservation online. Upon entering, we were quickly seated. The restaurant is dark and has an elegant dining feel on one side and pub/sports bar on the other. Our server was amazing. We chose to order off the Magical Dining menu. All items are normal menu size except for the artichoke dip. It is a smaller portion than usual. We started with the artichoke dip and the short rib egg rolls. I really liked the egg rolls. They were jam packed with meat and I loved the sweet chili dipping sauce. The bread with olive oil was good also. We both ordered a strip steak that was cooked well. The veggies were bland. We ended with key lime pie and the chocolate earthquake. The chocolate earthquake was rich and reminded me of a ding dong hostess cake meets brownie. Overall this was a nice dining experience with excellent service! No

Excellent food! The steak was cooked perfecto and the Firesteed Pino was spot on. The staff was very inviting and I will without a doubt come back ....the cheesy broccoli was amazing. Can't find that anywhere; but they have it hurr. So good. Who gave this place less than a 5 star?!?! Y'all be cray. Wonderful ambiance. It is a small place so might wanna make reservations. I had a 15 min wait and it was a Thursday. I'm almost sure half the staff said hi or asked if it needed something. Manager is well experienced and a professional. Wish this was around the corner from my house!
