Bistro Tatau - Apia

This is a fantastic restaurant that we make it a priority to visit every time we are in Samoa. The meals are consistently of exceptional quality and primarily use local ingredients. Everything is made in-house, from the amazing bread (I wished I could have ordered a whole loaf, but I forgot to preorder!) to the exquisite desserts, and it truly shows. The experience is further enhanced by the incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. It's an ingenious place that you must try at least once!

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Samoa. If you're a wine enthusiast, this is one of the few places on the island that offers a fantastic selection of wines, both by the bottle and by the glass. Be sure to try the fish of the day, as well as any other dishes featuring fresh local ingredients—you're unlikely to find anything fresher on the island. I absolutely love this place, so make sure to visit!

Hands down best restaurant in apia. I came to this restaurant with some friends. After I heard that this restaurant was run by an Australian cook, I was quite excited to book and review it. we have all with big smiles on our faces and a full blow after we eat so high quality, and service for a very reasonable price. I personally recommend their meal with the best tasting sticky date pudding I've ever had. such a tasty bite and reminded me of home. Thank you for having us! next I'm in apia, I'd like to dinate here again.

This restaurant is a beautiful spot with an exquisite dining experience and a fantastic array of dishes. I tried the palusami ravioli, which was truly unique, and the prawns were simply divine. For dessert, I had the soft meringue roulade, which was absolutely stunning. If you appreciate fine dining, this is the perfect place to awaken your taste buds!
