Linda's Hoosier Cafe - Apache Junction

I visit this wonderful restaurant frequently because I truly enjoy its unique ambiance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and skilled, and the service is remarkably fast. The food is absolutely fantastic. I’ve always left satisfied, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

They only serve breakfast and lunch, but they do it exceptionally well. The omelets are excellent, and the potatoes are cooked to a delightful crispiness, just how I like them. The next time I’m in Apache Junction, I will definitely eat there again. I almost forgot to mention—the waitress came by three times to refill my coffee cup!

The food was tasty, but the service was quite disappointing. I felt as though I was bothering the waitress instead of being welcomed. We waited a long time for our breakfast, which consisted of simple scrambled eggs and eggs over easy with hash browns. The waitress never came by to check on my coffee or give us an update on our food; it struck me as rather unusual.

Had breakfast there today. I ordered Corned Beef hash with eggs. The eggs, hash browns and toast were standard fare. The Corned beef hash was a 1/4 inch thick patty that was partially burned. There was nothing homemade about it. It all tasted kinda blah. My family said the same thing about their breakfasts. Probably won't go back, at least not for breakfast.

The seating host was actually a B. to us like we were bothering her (it was not isolated, I was watching and she was to everyone) and it seemed like she had the attitude she was doing us a favor seating us. Nice first impression. Service was super slow, food was okay I mean anyone can practically make breakfast foods. The owner must be really proud to own such a dump. Good reflection on them. To add insult my wife said to the host as we were paying because she was no saying anything as we paid Like how was the food, hello, or anything , hope you have a good day and she actually mumbled whatever. .. not even thank you. If you take someone 's hard earned money you should thank them. It 's because of people coming to the restaurant you have a job. There are a lot better choices out including fast food that would be better food and better customer service. It seems to be that the owner instead of addressing the issues just gets her regulars to post nice comments to off set the reality. Just fix the issues and real people will post good reviews again. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.
