Fuku - Aomori

My partner and I go here at least once a week and they are very accommodating to anyone with celiac disease (who cannot have gluten). They are very diligent about cross contamination and very kind. The food is so fresh and delicious. We always get the hot pot with tofu and veggies and some sesame onigiri. They have great locally made sake as well. The chef makes us salads for an appetizer and the ingredients are such great quality. It is also very affordable and there are plenty of vegetarian options. We love this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
