I'll only talk about the bar because I didn't try the restaurant. The bar is located upstairs in an old chapel. Under a ceiling killing the peaks, a very classy decor bar, not a fault of taste. The service, in French, please, is perfect. A pleasant and instructive discussion with the sommelier, of a rare patience in the face of our hesitations. A smoked mezcal cocktail yuzu lights the flame, the enveloping playlist ends up warming the hearts.
