Taco Bell - Antioch

I had online/mobile or. They didn't just ask me to move, it took almost 20 minutes to get my order to me. They also contained 84 packages of mild sauce with my order....a waste. And they contained salad on two articles that were asked not to have a salad. Yes, you earn totally $15 in the hour if you can not even delete salad from items. GTFO.

I had an enjoyable experience, but there were a few hiccups. I was directed to a kiosk to place my order, even though I paid in cash, which I found acceptable. After I submitted my order, I went to the counter where no one was in line, and I waited there for a few minutes with money in hand, unsure of whether I was in the right place or if I had done everything correctly. Several employees walked by without acknowledging me or letting me know they would be with me shortly. On the bright side, the food was excellent!

This Taco Bell is really disappointing. I've had nothing but negative experiences here, and the only reason I returned was because of its proximity to my home. The food is consistently cold, my orders are often incorrect, and the staff is not very friendly. After my tenth bad experience, I've decided it's worth the extra distance to go to a different location. It's truly frustrating.

The staff by the window provided excellent service. They were quick and respectful.

I bought 3 soft tacos with an extra soft taco and pink lemonade. The tacos originally were beef/supreme but I asked for black beans and fresco-style (no dairy). They still had sour cream on them but I didn't waste time changing them out.
