Domino's Pizza - Antioch

Make yourself a favor and order pizza from quite a lot else in the area. They're DESPERATELY abused and understated. If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered delivery of your voucher special (3 pizzas for a watch party at 6:45. The delivery was estimated in 23 minutes. I called after 40 minutes and no progress on the pizza tracker (which I now know is an absolute lie...more later . I was told that there was only one driver, and they were a little good, I can tolerate that a bit. After two HOURS, the pizza tracker said that our food was made and quality checked. Great! Exception I waited 30 minutes. No delivery. No calls. Nothing. My fiancée and I called the restaurant at this point to find out what was going on. No answer. So I went there. To find ONE employees in the store with his counter FULL of ticket orders, where absolutely nobody worked, because he was the only one there who spoke to a friend in front. Asked where our food was, that was done an hour ago. It was never done. The pizza tracker is a lot of lies. The guy at the counter said his general manager was right up and didn't leave the store any help because he didn't want to deal with the mess. Our money reclaimed, which can last three days(! be credited back and then had to go to McDonald after three hours. Seriously not here. Always. We sent emails to clarify the company.

A few weeks ago we ordered the execution of this Domino and showed up to pick it up about 10 minutes later. It wasn't done yet, what was good. I sat down to wait. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The staff was absolutely overwhelmed and kept talking about how they went out of everything. Including pizza sauce. Right, a pizza restaurant without pizza sauce. I used to manage a Domino and so I was sympathetic, and I didn't feel like it was her fault. Sometimes things get crazy, we finally got our food, and they were really nice about it, so it was all good. Today we decided to try the same Dominos again. My wife has placed an order for delivery via the app, and an hour later we had no update, so she called. The guy who answered the phone first could not find the order, and then when he explained that they did not have any drivers, and so he had called customers to ask them whether they wanted to pick up their food or cancel the order. I will pass the absolutely ridiculous scenario in which a Domino?s has no New York drivers and just say how absolutely absurd it is that we were not called. As soon as the order came, should we? a) call and advise the situation. An hour later, after we had waited, we haven't been called yet. We thought we could just pick up the food, but we said the food hadn't even been made. Wait a minute. Obviously, this restaurant has extreme personnel problems. As someone who did this job, I blame the manager. He or she is undoubtedly completely incompetent. I have faced the same challenges, and I can tell you it's never acceptable to have any driver in the store at all, let alone calling your customers if you are not able to deliver their order. It's enough to say we're done with this place.

Ordered online, said it would take 25 minutes. I have a call half an hour later that the delivery would be 2 hours, or I could pick it up and get a 30% discount. I want you to cancel it.

Pizza was good, and delivery person was very friendly, but the order took much longer than indicated when I ordered online (40min vs. 90min). Most of the poor reviews are due to this issue. I will probably order again, but will plan on double the quoted time.

I love Dominos!! I love this place. I tend to order, then pick it up because Nolensville traffic can be unpredictable and I like my food HOT. My pizza well made and it was AWESOME! This place is right. I'm glad they're here!
