They offer the famous mezcal, a Mexican agave alcohol produced by the owners under the Ilegal Mezcal brand, which can be enjoyed at the bar. The mentality of Café No I Know is alternative and laid-back, with a humorous note on their menu saying they don't serve Mojitos and jokingly setting a high price for them. The clientele engages in conversations ranging from travel to politics to art, with the help of the English-language magazine La Cuadra.
